West Side Construction

To provide connectivity to the White River Innovation District (former GM Stamping Plant) and in the surrounding neighborhoods, Indy DPW substantially completed construction in several areas on the west side of the White River. This portion of the project is funded by the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and the City of Indianapolis.

Project Scope

Indy DPW completed:

The reconstructed “D Loop” from Washington Street to South White River Parkway
The relocation of South White River Parkway, connecting to the D Loop and Oliver Street at Drover Street
Innovator Way (previously Henry Street) from Harding Street to the Relocated South White River Parkway
Holly Avenue to connect Oliver Street to the new Innovator Way (previously Henry Street)
